Maddie update from Heather's dad

Maddie passed some milestones yesterday when her NASAL CANNULA (air line) was removed along with her intravenous feeding or PICC line. She now has only a tiny NG or nasal gastric line running through her nose to her stomach that is used for those times when she doesn't finish her milk. Heather's milk was tested to see if it met the average rate of 20 calories which could then be enriched by 4 calories to bring it up to stronger 24 calories. Her milk tested out at a very rich 28 calories insuring that Maddie's getting premium, high octane fuel. Kirk
